Why can't I log in?
Your Moodle username and password are the same as you would use for the student portal, email, and library. For Moodle you should use only the username and not the full email address (the bit before @roehampton.ac.uk).
If you have lost or forgotten your Roehampton network account password or your username, and you are unable to log in to Moodle, please contact (IT and Estates) ServiceDesk:
- Visit the ServiceDesk enquiries on the ground floor of the Library.
- Log a ticket via the Student Portal or the Staff Portal.

You can also register to reset your password online as a self-service. However you will need to have signed up first for Roehampton password self-service before you can change or reset your password.
External examiners and some external staff members may need to contact Moodle support directly.
